I have been to this Persian restaurant many times. The lamb kebab is always perfectly cooked,juicy, tender, and full of flavour. What stood out even more was the new beef rump steak kebab. It had a great char on the outside and stayed soft inside. Well seasoned, rich, and definitely something I’d come back for. Cheeky desert Special Shiraz Ice Cream with baklava. Service was friendly and the food came out hot. If you like Persian food or just good grilled meat, this place is worth a visit.

First visit to this restaurant and unplanned. The staff were very helpful and fitted us in. Nicely laid out, good table space, friendly and attentive staff. The food was delicious . The party had various starters and main dishes. Good selection of wines . Recommended but booking advised as its very popular and small.

Had an amazing time at this restaurant for our boss’s birthday! The meat was incredibly tender and full of flavor, and the Sex on the Beach cocktail was spot on. Great vibes, delicious food, and a fun evening with colleagues. Would definitely come back!

This is one of the tastiest Iranian restaurants I’ve been to in England. I highly recommend you try their koobideh kebab and torsh kebab, as they were unbeatable. My friends and I were all satisfied, and we had a wonderful time here

Delicious food, warm hospitality – a true gem in Brighton! ShirZ Persien Restaurant is an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. A special thank you to Samira, who made our experience unforgettable with her incredibly friendly and attentive service – she truly embodies Persian hospitality. The food was outstanding – full of flavor, beautifully prepared, and truly authentic. We especially loved being able to watch the grill in action, which added to the atmosphere and gave us a sense of the care and craft behind each dish. Considering the high quality of the food and the overall experience, the prices were more than fair – excellent value for money. If you’re in Brighton and looking for something special, don’t miss this place. We’ll definitely be coming back!
